What should we bring?

For Boarding, we recommend bringing your dog's favourite food or treats to avoid upsetting their tummy. You can also bring a comforting toy, blanket or special bed if in small room to help them feel more at home. Please ensure all items are clearly labelled with your dog’s name. Some customers like to separate each meal in bags. Please bring any medication with clear instructions when to give.

For Daycare you don't need to provide anything unless your dog requires lunch.

Do i need to bring bowls?

No we provide water and food bowls, only bring if your dog requires slow feeder bowl.

Do you offer tours?
Yes we offer tours Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 6:30pm. We like to see how your dog socializes as we have a unique open concept.Please text 613-572-0777 to book your tour.

What are your hours?

We open Monday - Friday at 7:30 am. Our Boarding dogs go outside before that and then in rooms for breakfast. Once done eating they are back outside or in our indoor kennel to play and socialize. Daycare dogs begin to arrive at 7:30 and we offer half day and full day. Half day is 7:30 - 12:00pm or 12:00 to 5:00pm. Full days are 7:30 or whenever you drop them off or have our shuttle pick them up to 5:00pm. Our boarding dogs go in rooms for dinner from 4:00 till 6:30pm and then back out to socialize till 8:30pm. At bedtime they receive a complimentary frozen Kong with peanut butter and treats inside. 

Our weekend schedule is 8:00am - 4:30 pm, 6:00pm - 8:30 pm, daycare is available.l8:00am - 4:30pm. Please text 613-572-0777 to book or more information.

Do you require proof of vaccination?

Yes all dogs require up to date vaccination records.

Do you administer medications?

Yes we are very careful to follow directions to insure a healthy stay.
